Rise and Care Mothers grew from real life: the messy, creative, overwhelming, beautiful reality of navigating motherhood with a neurodivergent brain while raising neurodivergent kids.
 

I created this shop because I got tired of tools that seemed to assume every brain works the same way.
 

It doesn’t.
 

Here you'll find creative, practical resources for ADHD moms and neurodivergent families: planners, workbooks, visual tools, art-based resources, coloring pages, and other supports designed to help make everyday life feel a little more manageable.
 

I don't believe in the “perfect planner” or the one system that will magically work for every ADHD brain.
 

I believe in experimenting.
 

Taking what helps.
 

Leaving what doesn't.
 

Making things visual.
 

Making things creative.
 

And finding tools that work with your brain instead of constantly fighting against it.
 

You may also know me from @adhdmom.artmaps, where I share honest, sometimes funny, and very real conversations about ADHD motherhood, neurodivergent parenting, creativity, overwhelm, and life when more than one beautifully busy brain lives under the same roof.
 

And you may notice a certain little Coned Cat wandering through my work from time to time. 🐱
